Mr. Shailendar K. founded Nyayavimarsha in 2024 while he was a third-year B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) student at the School of Law, SASTRA Deemed University, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu.

He is presently an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and represents the fourth generation of his family in the legal profession. His great-grandfather, Shri Kunjithapatham (1903–1964), was a respected advocate and public prosecutor.

Conceived as a platform for legal scholarship and informed public discourse, Nyayavimarsha reflects his abiding interest in constitutional law and human rights.

The designation “Founder” records his role in establishing the journal. He does not presently hold any editorial, publishing, administrative, managerial, financial, or commercial position in Nyayavimarsha. These functions are independently undertaken by the persons expressly designated for them.
