Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism can take two forms: the author(s) intentionally copying someone else's work and claiming it as their own, or the author(s) copying their own previously published material, either in whole or in part, without proper attribution. Plagiarism is an unethical act that is not tolerable in any kind of journal publication.

Nyayavimarsha strictly follows Plagiarism Policy. Journal is strict against any unethical act of copying or plagiarism in any form. A declaration certificate must be furnished by the corresponding author at the time of submission of the manuscript for publication which is given below

"Above manuscript which is submitted for publication in Nyayavimarsha is not considered elsewhere. The manuscript has not been published in part or whole (except as a summary) in any newspaper, or magazine for private or public circulation. We have full knowledge about plagiarism. No part of this manuscript (references or otherwise) has been copied verbatim." 

All manuscripts must undergo an initial review, after which the manuscripts must be checked using advanced plagiarism detection software. If any kind of plagiarism is found in the submitted manuscript, the manuscript is automatically rejected. Even after publication, the article will be removed as soon as misconduct is discovered.
