The Nyayavimarsha National Essay Writing Competition, 2024 themed "Contemporary Challenges and Reforms in Indian Governance and Policy," conducted under the patronage of Dr. Subramanian Swamy Ph.D. (Harvard), Former Union Minister for Commerce, Law and Justice, successfully concluded with the participation of approximately 132 students from various National Law Universities (NLUs) and premier law schools across India. The essays were evaluated by a distinguished editorial board, chaired by Prof. Dr. Raka Arya, a member of the 22nd Law Commission of India, alongside esteemed members such as Mr. Trivedi RB, ex presiding officer (judge) of the DRT, Kolkata; Prof. Dr. Chandra Sen Pratap Singh, Lucknow University; Prof. Dr. Amit Guleria, DBRANLU; Prof. Dr. Sujatha Roy, NUJS; Prof. Dr. Sreshtha Chakraborty, Bennet University; Prof. Siddhartha Fuller, RGNUL; and Prof. Himanshu Varshney, Amity University.

The best essay on the topic “The Dragon’s Shadow: Effectiveness of India’s China Policy” was authored by Mr. Divyansh Joshi Pursuing 1st year BA;LLB(Hons) from Gujarat National Law University Silvassa campus  who was awarded a cash prize of ₹10,000.
